This time it's pumpkin pie (filling from scratch) with homemade crust. The pie filling recipe is from the Farm Journal Country Cookbook I love so much. I made this cake during craft night last week in honor of Halloween. The recipe was spooky because the cake contains sauerkraut and the icing contains mayonnaise. The cake was very yummy, the icing, not so much.
